One Mantra is celebrating its third birthday today. Three years that have been rich in experiences and adventures that we would like to share with you.
The following blog post covers these topics:
- Learning 1: Focus on customer experience
- Learning 2: Flow and Flexibility
- Learning 3: Find community and support
Leni, the founder of One Mantra, takes you on a journey through her top 3 learnings since launching her yoga label from Austria.
Learning 1: Focus on customer experience
In the first few months of my journey as founder of One Mantra, I quickly realized that it is not enough to focus solely on the product. Our customers are at the heart of our company. To truly understand them, we need to put ourselves in their world. The trick is to listen and continuously collect customer feedback. Only by understanding their needs, desires and challenges we can create yoga experiences that are truly enriching.
In addition, Leni was also able to integrate experiences from her own yoga practice into company management.
Learning 2: Flow and Flexibility
The yoga and wellness market is as dynamic as the movements on the mat. Over the past three years at One Mantra, I have learned that our ability to be flexible and adapt to new insights and trends is critical. Just like in yoga practice, flexibility is key in our business to grow and adapt to new opportunities.
The best business does not arise without the support of others.
Learning 3: Find community and support
Yoga fosters community and support, and this is true for our startup as well. I've learned that it's crucial not to be afraid to ask for support. As founders, we don't have to know or do everything alone. Collaborating with other founders, bloggers, mentors, and experts can empower us tremendously. They bring valuable insights, advice, and support in areas like financial management, marketing, and more. Creating a supportive community is just as important as sharing knowledge and experiences on our yoga journey at One Mantra.
The last three years have been an exciting journey for us at One Mantra, and we are excited about the adventures to come. We hope that these learnings inspire and support you on your way to a successful start-up. Let's continue to grow together and strengthen the yoga community! 🧘♀️🎉
